Charleston Auto Repair

Unfortunately, it's come to the point where I need to leave a negative review. I will update this pending the response I get to fix the issue that I've requested to be repaired. I've had several years of dealings with this company and rarely do things go correctly the first time. Update to come - Can't find anything on "contact us".

I can’t say enough about the wonderful employees and management! They are amazing. They stand behind their work and did a wonderful job with communicating everything that they found with my car. They went above and beyond what most shops these days would ever do. I highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough good things about Skye, Adam and Alex. Their determination, kindness and overall customer service was amazing. It's hard to find a business that genuinely looks out for their customers and boy did they ever! I will be going back whether it be for my car or someone else in my family! I highly recommend this awesome team! Special shout out to Adam for always taking our calls and random pop ins!

This place is great! I was having an emergency tire issue. They got me in and handled my problem efficiently. I have nothing but positive experiences every time I use them.

Staff members were professional and informative. They called me throughout the day keeping me updated. A little pricey, but they were fast and quick also providing a warranty; I’ll be back again

Living in Charleston is not cheap however when I called around to get estimates for the front end of my 2004 Tahoe everywhere wanted to charge me too the moon. Adam the Assistant Manager went above and beyond for me and unlike the other 6 mechanic shops he saved me $300 and the employees did excellent work! Thank you Honest 1 Auto Care!!

Skyler was amazing. I can't express how helpful she was. Definitely an asset to the company.

Had one nail in a tire- they found two! Best of all I was able to plan my appointment. Got in in great time and the price was right. The staff was awesome, waiting room comfortable. I did not get the usual- you can try to get in, or we can't see you for 4 days and it's hit or miss!
