Quick and easy

No problems experienced! Skye is always cheerful and friendly. All of the others are congenial and welcoming,even the owner.....Took my car in and a part that was replaced just a few mos. ago turned out defective so it was replaced at no charge to me due to warranty. I have spent lots of time and money on my auto (due to age,etc) in the 10 mos. I have been in Charleston and is worth it for the confidence I have when traveling.

They correctly diagnosed the problem, stayed with the estimated cost and even corrected an automatic transmission shifting problem that was not part of the original reason for the visit.

These guys are competent and fast - better than many dealerships. The staff is friendly and engaging, like old friends even on my first visit. Prompt shuttle service is a real plus, as well.

Quick and friendly staff! They have free drinks and free WiFi with ipads available for use. When I left they had put a bag of mini oreos in my car. I was very pleased.

I thought everyone was very nice and helpful! I will be coming back!
