Honest-1 exemplifies exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations with superior workmanship and fair pricing. Last week, the day began well until a low tire warning illuminated. Conveniently located nearby, I stopped at Gerald's Tire, only to be instructed by an employee, before I could even speak, to remain in my vehicle due to their high volume of work. I was given the option of waiting approximately 30 minutes or returning later. Displeased by the lack of courtesy, I departed. Recalling a friend's positive experience at Honest-1 Auto on Glenn McConnell Parkway, I decided to try them. Upon arrival, the shop appeared fully occupied, but I entered anyway. The receptionist, whose name was Erin, went above and beyond to reassure me that I would be taken care of quickly. Her service was exceptional, and I appreciate her proactive follow-up. She prioritized my needs, demonstrating a customer-centric approach that extended beyond the simple task of inflating my tires. Furthermore, her insightful suggestion regarding the need for new tires showcased her commitment to comprehensive customer care. I found Charleston lacked shops that prioritized customer service, including dealerships. I am immensely pleased to have found Honest-1, a reliable source for high-quality repairs at fair prices, even for minor tasks.This is the first time a customer service representative has taken the time to thoroughly explain matters without making me feel rushed, and I was not pressured into purchasing additional services. Thank you to Erin and to Honest-1, I am a customer for life.

I cannot say enough good about this shop! Everyone from top to bottom was exceptional!!!!! My car was having major issues…..like needed a new engine AND transmission…..My car was In the shop from September until December. I had FULL transparency, wonderful communication and tremendous service. I was informed every step along the way and never once felt shoved to the side. I often felt like I was getting undivided attention. The front desk ladies, Chloe and Erin even learned me and my car by heart and when I finally picked up my car I was sad to be leaving! Skylar (the GM) went above and beyond anything I ever expected. Alex my mechanic is so hard working and never stopped until the job was done and done CORRECTLY! The list goes on and on here but these guys are top notch!

My tire light had came back on and I had knew there was a fast leak in my tire. I had called because they open at 7am before I have to go to work. Chloe had advised I can come by and they look at it. I got there about 7:30 and was out by 8am. Adam who patched my tire was quick and efficient. I can tell he is very knowledgeable and passionate at what he does. I can really say they lived up to the name honest one for my emergency

I took my car to Honest -1 Auto Care in West Ashley and was impressed by the wonderful customer service. Cesar diagnosed my car in a short time and reported that the rear brakes were in terrible condition. I had to take my daughter who had recently undergone cancer surgery to the oncologist's appointment but it was not wise to drive in those conditions. I had to leave to pick up my daughter with just enough time to get to the appointment but the car couldn't be ready on time. One of the employees named Isabel offered to take me to pick up my daughter and take us to the doctor's appointment. When ready she picked us up and took us back to pick up my car. I have no words to thank Isabel. I was truly amazed at the demonstration of great human quality and true concern for clients. My car was repaired and I was able to get home safely with good brakes. Have been having such bad luck with mechanics and shops these past few years. But Honest-1 was a breath of fresh air! I didn't feel like I was being sold a bunch of different parts or fixes that my car could go without. My mechanic Adam was very professional, thorough and helped break down everything I needed to get done with my vehicle. Will definitely be bringing my other car in and be back for future repairs and maintenance.

Excellent customer service. Chloe and skye were top notch. Even though my wait time got delayed they completely made it up to me and got me out of there fairly quickly. Eric who worked on my car was professional and knew what he was doing. Will be going going for all of my cars maintenance in the future.
