Great service

First time customer. Scheduled an Oil Change for early morning Saturday and they were quite busy but got to my car as soon as they could. Meanwhile I was able to relax in their lounge & enjoy some free coffee from their Keurig. At checkout they let me apply a coupon I printed off their website even though it didn't match a 100% of the criteria, so it helped save me some money. I made my appointment online on a Sunday and it was confirmed for my first requested time. I had never been to this repair shop and was so pleasantly surprised by the woman who checked me in at the counter and the great space created for customers to wait for their cars. I asked for an oil change and a tire rotation and was out of there in about 35 minutes. My car was checked over for what may be upcoming and I felt no pressure to do more than I asked for at this particular appointment. I will definitely be using Honest-1 for my future car needs.

The service was friendly and prompt. The service was completed in the time promised, and I was not asked to buy additional services I did not need or ask for.
