Everyone is always very nice up front, and my car is worked on in a reasonable amount of time when there's people before me (out in less than 2 hrs for oil change compared to the typical wait time of 3-35 hrs I've experienced at Walmart). I have been here a few times before and will continue to use them.

They have always satisfied my car needs since moving to Charleston 9/15 , having an accident w/in 2 weeks, and being towed to the WA location because of proximity. I needed 2 tires replaced and had a rental for less than 24 hours . Their service is always friendly and interiorr always clean. Very responsive to my needs and no.neexd to change for me.

I was in and out in 45 minutes for an oil change. Very good customer service and I appreciated the staff not trying to upsale me, but wrote on my bill suggestions of things I might need to have done on my car in the near future.

The staff is very friendly and the lobby was nicer than my apartment, which made me jealous. Also they had cable and a Keurig. I may move in and start paying rent if they let me. But seriously, my experience was great, my service was prompt, and it was by far the most comfortable place I've gone to have my car serviced.

Took my vehicle in for an oil change and was a little pressed for time. So I wasn't able to get it done that day my husband got took the car back the following day and was able to use my military discount without me being there so that was a plus for me ! Will be going back.

Got a tire fixed!! GREAT SERVICE! EVEN AFTER HOURS. Come here any time because the manager Joshua Crider and Nathan service tech are awesome and hard-working. P.S. they always give you Oreo's in your car if you come here and 1 drink or as many as you want !!
