This was our first visit to your shop and I was very pleased. First of all the friendliness of the folks behind the beautiful desk. Secondly the way everything was clearly explained to me referencing service I was requesting. I've already indicated that I'll be bringing our other car into your shop for necessary maintenance.

I've used Honest 1 in various locations throughout NC and SC. The West Ashley location is my current go to location and I use them consistently for almost all of my car care needs. They are prompt with scheduled oil changes but walk-ins may have to expect a wait as with most car care places. The lobby is clean and stocked with free coffee, sodas, and water. My most recent service included new tires, alignment, and serpentine belt replacement. I felt the pricing was fair. I had a coupon but the app was not working. However, the front desk staff was kind enough to award me the discount anyways which saved me about $75. All in all, I would recommend Honest 1 for your car care needs.

I had an appointment at 1pm for a 20min job. I didn't leave until 4:15pm. Everything else was great - the people were friendly and the job was done well. In addition, I was given a discount for my long wait. Overall, a decent experience.

I trust Honest-1 Auto Care without reservation. They have always taken great care in servicing my vehicle. The facility is extremely clean and the technicians really take all extra steps to make sure that your vehicle is completed quickly yet efficiently. Kudos to the owners for such a well run business!

First time at this place. The employees were super nice. The waiting area is the best I've seen at an auto care place. It's clean and has nice furniture to sit to watch tv. The work asked to be done was fast and fixed correctly. I'll be back

This is the best auto care establishment in West Ashley! Never tried to sell me services that wasn't needed and actually told me that I didn't need things I thought I did!

What I like most is the clear & concise manner with which this business operates. Whatever your vehicle issue is, there is a common sense, complete evaluation & explanation of what is needed to get your car repaired, costs & time required to get you 'back on the road again'! No guesswork, straight answers. Great.

From the greeting at the door, the staff here was very welcoming. . I will definitely return for service to my car.
