I had my Chrysler T & C van serviced before a 2500 mile round trip. The result was a no incident failure and a very successful run. I have full confidence in the front staff to keep me informed and in the technicians that do the work. Over the years, I have used 5 or 6 other shops and I left them for lack of ability.

Honest 1 Car Care got me in the same day I called for service. The staff are all very courteous and knowledgeable.

Have been using Honest1 since moving to West Ashley 4-1/2 years ago. Staff and service have always been great. They are extremely thorough, and the final printed report always has great detailed information on work done, and any issues that might need attention. It is also a pleasant place to be if you need to sit and wait for your service. Coffee/snacks/TV/magazines are available to all, as well as small inside play already for youngsters. Staff at front desk have to be the nicest and most helpful of almost any company I’ve ever done business with. I’d give them a 6 star review if the web site had it...

Everyone here has excellent customer service skills. We were on vacation and had a blow out on a car rental. They were so helpful!

The parking lot was pretty full when I arrived but they addressed my issue quickly. I have used them for several years and while I thought my problems was not good they solved it quickly for the best price in town. Definitely honest.

Very pleased with the quick service and price to get the headlight bulb replaced. We're from out of town and happy to have been taken care of.

I am so glad I found them! Practically right in my backyard! Skye(sp ?)was very friendly on the phone when I called, she got me in that very afternoon for a long overdue oil change. I brought the car when she said to, and unlike most places where you still end up sitting around waiting for them to get it in, they took it in and started right away. The technicians make sure they get the proper specs for the vehicle, and they seem very knowledgeable. The waiting area is clean and pleasant and I will be back for car care in the future.
