I will never take my car to another shop in Charleston because Honest 1 truly is the best. Their customer service lives up to their name because they are 100% honest. I took my car in and they ultimately told me I didn't need to fix anything and didn't charge me even though they spent hours looking at my car to make sure everything was running properly. I do not know much about cars and it meant the world to be able to take my car to a place I trusted to give me an honest review of my car and not try to up sell me on services I did not need. I took my car to Honest-1 in hope that their mechanics could do major service work that others can't do. I had several leaks and they were able to find them all and repair them all. Their staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to the mechanics that service my car. I have a 2002 mustang with over 260,000 miles and counting.
My rear brakes were making noise so at 4:15 I took my Santa Fe to Carmax where we bought it. They said they were doing their last appointments of the day and couldn’t help me. I was traveling and needed them fixed. Fortunately they recommended Honest-1. I took my car there and they replaced brake pads and rotors on both rear wheels. They stayed late to get the job done and got me back on the road. I could not have been happier with the job and willingness to help me.
They were great to work with . My vehicle ended up having a mechanical issue and died in my garage and I had work on the weekend which brought on the stress .Obviously car problems are never fun! They were great and answered all my questions as well as working with my warranty company!! I and even discovered I needed new breaks and they replaced them and notified me of future things to keep my eye on as they will need replacing . I felt like they really kept me in the loop and looked out for my cars best interest without being like a dealer ship and just saying I should do this or that or adding on unnecessary things that should be replaced. I am pretty good with my knowledge on vehicles and felt very comfortable with my vehicle in their hands and will definitely return to have my car service here. I highly recommend. The sales employees I delt with were wonderful and pleasant also. Thank you🧡
The staff was punctual and fast with excellent service. The reception area was tastefully decorated. The mechanics found a problem that needs to be repaired and I was emailed an estimate of cost quickly. Wish I had come here a few years ago to have all my car repairs done.
