Honest-1 was great! My car broke down a mile away from this shop and I went to the nearest auto repair shop. I’m pretty inexperienced with car troubles, but Skye and Barney were super helpful, informative and friendly and I was able to get back on the road quickly, after Barney taught me how to drive manual in my automatic car. They made my stressful experience so much better, I couldn’t be more grateful!

Have been using the West Ashley location since moving to West Ashley a few years ago. They service 2 of our cars excellently. Front office staff is the most professional and friendly staff that I’ve ever encountered. When any friends ask who I would recommend it’s this team.

I had an emergency situation where my car overheated and I was stuck in 95° weather. The receptionist was extremely helpful with getting a tow service quickly and they took my car in immediately. They inspected it thoroughly and I feel like they were very fair in what they chose to repair and the warranty that they gave me on the parts. It was Expensive, but the receptionist advised me to pull up a coupon to help. I look at it as an emergency room visit as they had my car in and out in a day!! Overall I am really grateful to them for their expedited and courteous service!

My experience at Honest-1 Auto Care was top-notch! My car battery died and I went in without an appointment to have a new one installed and was done within 20 minutes. They were quick, super friendly, and fairly priced. I'll definitely be back!
