I was there a few weeks ago. The service up front wasn’t that great from Alli. Then Sky or Skylar took over my service. She showed such great customer service and she very knowledgeable. Those stars are definitely for her only. My car service was done by Alex but not much interaction

Great Oil/filter job. Very timely

It started off very bad. I left the van on the previous evening so the technician would have it as scheduled for 8:30am, but it was not considered until I called at noon. The tech had to leave early and another was assigned the next day. From then on, the Front Desk personnel worked very hard to keep me informed and to obtain parts for a 1993 vehicle. A part was shipped in and on Monday, I received my vehicle with a working a/c. During this time of repair, I fully expected to hear that the a/c could not be fixed for parts were not available; that did not happen. I Thank the staff and techs for getting this problem resolved in my favor.
