Some of the reviews that I read weren't all positive and the rating wasn't as high as some of the other oil change places in the area so I hesitated coming here. I recently moved here from Oregon and don't know anyone, or have had previous experience with auto maintenance here yet so I was apprehensive. I was overdue for an oil change after the long drive across the country though and they are just down the street from me, so I decided to give it a shot on a day that I finally had a little extra time. I was so pleasantly surprised by the professional and personal service that I received! I had been fretting about needing new tires and was reassured that I could get by safely until my next oil change. They were fast, courteous, and honest! I couldn't have been happier or more satisfied with my experience, and to top it off I found a pack of Oreo's with a thank you note as I was driving away. :)

They redone our entire brake job that the one on College Park Road did. Even put in a master cylinder!! These are the most kind and honest people working there. I'd recommend this place to everyone!! Thanks HONEST ONE in West Ashley!!

My alternator gave up on my commute home and I fell two blocks shy of my goal of pulling into Honest-1. One of their techs noticed my car on a test drive and brought a jump box out to get my vehicle back on the road. Skye was helpful and courteous, checking me in and promptly ordered an alternator near the end of their business day. Alex replaced the alternator and turned the car around in less than 90 minutes, just past their normal business hours. I wasn't expecting same day turnaround and Honest-1 completed the job at a fair price. Thanks!

I stopped in last minute on my way out of town for the holiday weekend to get an oil change and this place was great, they worked me in and got it done! I will definitely be back, I was very impressed with the knowledge of both the girls up front and how friendly they were as well. Highly recommend! :)

Last Saturday, I found myself in a situation where I needed my oil changed ASAP (oil light on, oil in "the red," etc) ! In fact, I needed service within 30 minutes of pulling in because I had to get to work in Mt Pleasant in the pouring down rain. WELL... I pulled into Honest-1 Auto Care just hoping for some help AND I got it. Not only did they help me out, they had me in and out in 30 minutes. The entire front desk staff, the owner and the mechanics pulled together to help me out even after running into a couple of "glitches." I can not say enough about this group of fabulous people! Professional, courteous, empathic and just awesome! Thank you soooo much to everyone at Honest-1 Auto Care! I will be back

Just had the best experience here! Everyone was very professional and friendly. I stopped in for an oil change, the tech even took care of a little rattle for me. I will definitely come back the next time I need service or a repair.
