As always, the team at Honest 1 West Ashleta are professional and efficient. I was in and out within 40 mi utes and did not have an appointment. Oil change and tire rotation! Pleasant staff and cleanly, beautiful customer lobby! Kudos!

Superior. Service

I took my car in first thing in the morning to find out they could work me in right away. I received the unbelievable quote back from Skye which was broken down very professionally. Parts were order and my car was ready before the end of the day. Great Job!

Not happy at all. But if I give 1 star this page strips out my review. Here's the scenario(s). You go in for an oil change; Two, maybe three, hours later they're done. You sit in the lobby and hear the husband and wife owner/operators arguing, while they have their 20 year old daughter running the place. Did I mention they all have NO prior experience? You need a flat repaired; and hour later you go back into the bay and find the leak for them, they still charge you. You buy parts from them only to realize they've inflated them 30% more than the dealer or any other local shop. You TELL them what's wrong with your vehicle, and they charge you an hour of diagnostic service to tell you what you already told them, then they still charge you labor. This has transpired over multiple visits resulting in multiple issues. The last time I was there, they told me "We're not just some Jiffy Lube." YOU"RE RIGHT, Jiffy Lube would have met my expectations! I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

I don't usually feel comfortable at mechanics and I had such a fantastic experience here. They are absolutely amazing.

DONT GO HERE. They only post the positive reviews. Not the negative ones. This place is horrible. Did you know the owners had ZERO automotive experience before owning this place? It's pretty apparent.

Skye was great to work with. She took the time to fully understand my auto repair needs and introduced me to Brandon. Brandon and I had an excellent dialogue going concerning what I needed done now and what was needed in the near future. What a great team Skye has assembled and all could communicate well. I have confidence in this team and will definitely be back.

Fast Friendly Service

It was my first time taking my vehicle to Honest-1 Auto Care and I dropped off my dump trailer to have 1 tire replaced and 1 tire patched. I was told it would be ready by the end of the day. So I left and came back at 5:15 to find my trailer jacked up with 2 tires missing. I asked what was going on and they told me they got really busy. I left and came back at 6:00 pm when they were supposed to close. My dump trailer was still missing 2 tires and I needed to use it for work the next day. When I asked why they hadn't even started after I left an hour before and they told me he is going to finish before he leaves and would I like to pay. I said I'll pay when the work is done. I walked out and spoke to the very young man that began to do the work and he told me that he tried to do the work on my trailer but they kept pulling him off to do other work. I paid the bill and decided to cancel the oil change I had scheduled for Saturday.
