Service was fast and prices were fair -- that's enough to earn a good review. However, Honest-1 also goes the extra mile with a stylish, comfortable, and clean waiting area! Wi-fi, leather chairs, and free beverages. It's more like a tiny hotel lobby. Also -- and this is important -- they didn't high-pressure sell me into other services on my car, like other auto care shops do. I felt comfortable and welcome. A great experience!

Oil Change/dash board light. Personnel was very friendly, no waiting, free beverage( imagine a selection) and t he waiting room was the best I have ever seen! Wifi and all! It had the air of being a café'. I would recommend anyone to go their for a good experience. So many times, these type of facilities do not care if you have seating much less the cushioned seats, café table and chairs to make your wait pleasant. Great place!

One thing for sure, I would give your customer service 5 stars all day any day. You all were very helpful with informing me of everything that was being done with the car and also I appreciated the suggestions on what should be done. I was also very appreciative to the "report card" given at the end. The complimentary drinks, snacks, and coziness of the waiting area was also a great added bonus. Additionally, the prices were very reasonable. I plan to come back to you guys for my services!
