I found my first experience at Honest-1 Auto Care to be impressive. There was great effort made to have me feel comfortable and to feel that my car would be taken care of in a timely and professional manner. I felt that there was staff on hand that had real knowledge about my particular make of car . I left feeling that I could trust the care I was receiving, that every effort had been made to give me an honest review of my car and what issues might exist and to make the experience affordable. I will be returning for service again and I will recommend the experience to others .

So far, so good. Seems like a good shop. Convenient location, friendly staff. I am cautiously optimistic & naturally skeptical. One thing that's very important to me is the cost of maintenence & repair. Not all customers are professionals. A repair is not a 'portion' of a paycheck, ... many times it's the entire paycheck. Costs have gotten out of control in most shops over the years. Not good. Passing the cost off to the customer is not ethical, shops need to find ways to reduce their costs, ... labor & profits! Well-paid mechanics need to learn budgeting, not continuous pay raises. So far, so good. Happy w/service & shop. Coupons certainly help.
