I cannot say enough about Skye. My car would not start and was blocked by other cars so my fiancé couldn’t give it a jump. Since I was only 5 min away Skye offered to drive over with a portable battery starter to jump it rather than have me call a tow truck and pay an extra $80. If that isn’t going above and beyond for extraordinary customer service than I don’t know what is. My fiancé and I have been using Honest-one for years and Skye has always been extremely helpful. She is probably the biggest reason we continue to choose Honest-one. That woman deserves multiple raises! If you need any work done to your car I highly recommend coming to them as you will always get a fair price and can leave knowing that your car was in good hands.

I needed air in my tires. One was lower than the rest, and they suggested checking that one for a leak. I agreed, and the technician discovered a small hole which he repaired. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I will definitely go back.

Have been to Honest-1 a couple of times now for routine maintenance after the service at my old shop started getting spotty and have been really pleased with the switch. Sky does an awesome job of running the front office and making sure everything is as it should be. Very pleased with the service.

The best

Had taken my truck to 2 different places here in town to have them diagnose a vibration and noise in the left front corner. Both places gave me the old "we can't replicate the described issues" and said everything looked fine. I took the truck to Honest 1 because I knew Skye from using their services for my company vehicles in the past. They performed my regular servicing, fixed the left front issue (worn out hub bearings), and took care of getting my warranty company to cover the repair. PLUS, my truck did not have greasy footprints or handprints in it after servicing. I had been out of Charleston for a couple years, but now that I'm back, Honest 1 has my business back.

I needed an emergency repair, all of the sudden my car started billowing out smoke from under the hood. I was so afraid my engine would burst into flames at any minute. It couldn't have happened at a more inconvenient time, as I had perishable groceries in the car that needed refrigeration. I wasn't prepared for this emergency! It could have been so much worse. I was so fortunate that Honest-1 Auto was right next door! I had never used their services before and was apprehensive to try someone new, but had no choice. I needed help ASAP and prepared myself for the worst, fearing being taken advantage of, as I had no idea what to expect. As a senior citizen, single woman, it's hard to find auto repair services you can trust. I could not have found a better repair shop for my unexpected crisis! The friendly young woman at the front desk, was so kind, so helpful, she offered to put my cold storage items in their refrigerator and explained their services. She made me feel comfortable, presented an estimate, communicated clearly what they could do. Eric, the mechanic assigned to my car assured me they could take care of my problem and he put my mind to ease. They even showed me my broken auto part and charged a fair price for a great job! They put my groceries back in my car and had me back on the road in less time than they estimated. I was so lucky their shop was so close by in my time of need. They handled my emergency with ease, professionalism, and human kindness! And their waiting room is comfortable, spacious and clean. I highly recommend them and will not hesitate to use their services in the future! They're the best!
