I've only been one time, but I'm happy with the experience that I had. It may have been a little on the expensive side, although, I didn't get any secondary quotes for comparison so don't take my word for it. My favorite parts of the experience were the staff and the waiting room. It seems like typically mechanics can be a little stand-offish (I get it lol) and their waiting room is a a bunch of chairs placed around the perimeter of the room. Every employee I talked to at H-1 was cool and the waiting room was comfortable enough to actually spend the time waiting for your car to be ready. It made the experience so much better.
