There are a few places now adays that go beyond what is asked, Honest 1 is one of the minorities that give 110%. I asked for help in locating the car's horn where I cannot see it, and the agent provided 2 pages of information sheets on it. I see why I did not see the horns. The car was ready in the hour estimate, and Skye made a special trip to where I was waiting to greet me and say hello, nice touch.

While visiting the Charleston area from out of state I drove over a nail clip from a nail gun and ruined a tire. The local BMW dealership could not get a replacement fitted for 3 days due to the unusual tire type and size. The Kevin and Skye team at Honest Auto took on the job and I was back on the road the next day. They even took care of the warranty claim. What a delightful experience. Can't say enough good things about the Shelby Ray Court location. Thanks.

I have been taking my car to Honest 1 Auto Care for several years now. I walked in on Thursday afternoon as I needed an oil change. My car was serviced immediately and the price was fair as I needed full synthetic oil and a filter. They are friendly and answer any questions that I might have. Their waiting area is clean! I trust Honest Auto with my car repairs.
