I have been taking my car to Honest 1 Auto Care for several years now. I walked in on Thursday afternoon as I needed an oil change. My car was serviced immediately and the price was fair as I needed full synthetic oil and a filter. They are friendly and answer any questions that I might have. Their waiting area is clean! I trust Honest Auto with my car repairs.

This is the third time we have used Honest-1 in West Ashley and we are pleased every time. They have never, not once, disappointed us and they always go above and beyond what they need to do. The entire staff is amazing and always so friendly and helpful. As long as I live in Charleston I will not use anyone else.

Great work. I told them no rush on this as I had a vehicle I was able to borrow during the down time. Oil change, cleaning some ground wires, and thoroughly testing the car and all seems fine. Made a recommendation for a location to service my other vehicle which has issues that fall outside their wheelhouse. Will us again.

Hadn't come here for a while because I always felt like I had fallen through a trap door when I came for one thing to be fixed only to find 3 or more things needed to be changed as well. Came this time and had an awesome experience, everything completed very quickly and there were no surprises to be found! Happy to pay for the issue we needed fixed and to hopefully establish a new relationship with this location and keep our cars on the road and driving beautifully. Thank you to everyone!
