What a great team HONEST-1 is!!! With just over an hour left in the work day on a Saturday afternoon these guys knocked out a nice size crowd of cars while handling walk ins from customers such as myself with unforeseen issues. I never witnessed them miss a beat. More importantly, they managed every beat with pleasant smiles!!! The Manager, Skye Brasington, was a true gem from the moment she answered the phone down to the moment I drove away. Technician, Chris Lloyd, pulled my car out of the bay and delivered my keys with a friendly smile, hello, and thank you. This was my first experience with HONEST-1 but it will not be my last. Skye informed me of many other services HONEST-1 offers in addition to just needing a fix on the fly. Good to know there are still good people, doing good work, and making the customer super happy.

I was very pleased with the customer service I received, I came in for A/C repairs and Skye was very knowledgeable and professional, she told me there would be a little bit of a wait since I didn’t have an appointment. When they diagnosed my problems, she came to me and sat down with to explain everything in specific details, I never felt pressured to have any work done that I didn’t want done. I will definitely return for any other repair needs in the future!!

I called ahead to make an appointment and received great service at a very reasonable price. They suggested other needs which I will probably execute.

Moved to the area less than 48 hours and woke up to a flat tire. Called my road side assistance and they were of little help. Found Honest-1 Auto Care on the list they sent. They were fantastic. Very polite and prompt. Came to my location and had me on my way in a jiffy. Will definitely be using them far all my car care needs.

I went to the West Ashley, Charleston, SC location early on a Saturday after stopping at a competitor first who told me it would be a minimum 3 hours wait (all I needed was a tire plugged)!! I decided to try Honest-1 and I was in and out in less than 30 mins. Thank you for being so quick, and letting me enjoy my Saturday. I will definitely be back!!

I have an older car, 2004 Alero, that I have had serviced at Honest-1 for over 4 years. Recently my a/c failed, and with hot weather right around the corner, I immediately brought it to their West Ashley location for repair. It took Alex only a short time, while I waited, to determine the problem and order the parts. I returned the next morning, and was promptly given a ride home, and a few hours later my car was brought back to me, working perfectly! Tune Ups, A/C, Brakes, Belts etc., and Professional Service Personnel, they have it all. I am pleased to say my car runs like it just came off the assembly line. I get great gas mileage, and the comfort of knowing I have a reliable vehicle. Thank you Honest-1.

Honest-1 and the staff there were awesome when I picked up a board with nails in my tire when I visited a local hardware store. I dropped in and they took my truck back right away. It turned out that I had four punctures in the tire, thus making it unable to patch. They were very efficient in having a new tire brought in from a different store and getting me back on the road. This was my first visit and I would come back for any needed repairs in the future.
