Charleston Auto Repair

I have an older car, 2004 Alero, that I have had serviced at Honest-1 for over 4 years. Recently my a/c failed, and with hot weather right around the corner, I immediately brought it to their West Ashley location for repair. It took Alex only a short time, while I waited, to determine the problem and order the parts. I returned the next morning, and was promptly given a ride home, and a few hours later my car was brought back to me, working perfectly! Tune Ups, A/C, Brakes, Belts etc., and Professional Service Personnel, they have it all. I am pleased to say my car runs like it just came off the assembly line. I get great gas mileage, and the comfort of knowing I have a reliable vehicle. Thank you Honest-1.

Honest-1 and the staff there were awesome when I picked up a board with nails in my tire when I visited a local hardware store. I dropped in and they took my truck back right away. It turned out that I had four punctures in the tire, thus making it unable to patch. They were very efficient in having a new tire brought in from a different store and getting me back on the road. This was my first visit and I would come back for any needed repairs in the future.

Was traveling back home to Florida when I discovered a wood screw in front tire. I stopped @ Honest - 1 in West Ashley & Tyler repaired the tire & we were on our way in record time. Thank you Tyler & the young lady in the front!!.. Y'all are the best.

Made an appointment at the time and location I wanted. Extremely clean shop with exquisite waiting area with comfortable sofas and chairs, coffee maker, bistro tables, big TV, reading material, large clean restrooms. I was in and out in an hour and could not be more pleased with the alignment on my car's front end. Drives like it is new. They should teach a course on how to run an auto repair service. I highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Great service and honest people

First time having auto service done since living in the West Ashley area and figured we would give this location a try. The lady at the front counter Amanda is very polite and professional . To me they are a bit pricey for their service but perhaps that's the going rate in this area. We were use to great service and better prices in Georgia where we relocated from. I do know they have close to a 30% markup on their parts Other than the initial shock of sticker price we were pleased. Although we did have to wait an hour past our scheduled appointment

Did all my own car work for about 20 years but now I don't have the time I used to. So far I'm quite happy with both the work and customer service.

It was very busy on the Saturday I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They seemed to be used to it, however, and dealt with all patrons professionally. I was satisfied and out the door in just over an hour.
