Always feel at home when I walk through the door there. I never really feel pushed towards extra parts or services. Good, clean work at a great price. Can't ask for much more than that.

I was in an emergency situation before a storm and my boat trailer needed wheel repair. They took it in and made the repairs quickly and very reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend to others.

First time going to shop to get an oil change. They completed it quickly. My only issue was that in addition to removing the old reminder oil change sticker, they also removed the reminder sticker for my tire rotation - I have had other shops do this.... I depend on these stickers to remind me when to get these services.

No one likes to have to get a tire repaired, but with a family of four drivers and all the construction in Charleston it is inevitable. A friend recommended Honest One in WA. We have taken three cars there in the last six months. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly and I have never felt like they are trying to sell me something that I don't need. Fast efficient friendly service

Service was same day and timely for alternator replacement. Also provided was a courtesy shuttle so we didn't need to wait for the vehicle service. Excellent service overall!
