I felt a need to write another review after my last few visits to Honest-1, "home of the honest mechanic." My last two visits have had to do with some object embedded in my tire, resulting in a flat, and each time this has happened, I've called in and been greeted by Skye, the manager at this location. Each time, she told me to come in immediately and they'd get right on it, without hesitation, and without telling me it'll be a long wait or would involve buying a new tire. The technicians were able to plug the tire each time, and cost me less than $12 each time. A new tire would be well over $100, not to mention the labor cost, but this was only a last resort if they couldn't plug or repair. Skye greets me by name whenever I arrive, whether it's for these situations or for my usual oil change. I truly believe that every mechanic shop needs someone like Skye running the show, because of her personality, knowledge, and the way that she treats her customers. As long as she continues to answer the phone when I call, I'll be a loyal Honest-1 customer (the guys all do great work too, so that helps).

Replaced my tire. Very professional and gave me options as far as the type of tire I could purchase for my car.

I applaud the energy/personality of the young lady at the front desk. She is a team member and not there for a paycheck. This alone makes me want to bring my vehicles back for service. My work was done on time, at a reasonable price, and everything was explained in laymen's terms. Great job, you just earned yourself a new customer.

Worst experience i have ever had, took my vehicle in for AC repair oil change and tire took them 4 days to fix it. Picked up and could not even drive out of the parking lot, power steering high pressure hose was broken. Can't even believe the mechanic did I not notice when pulling it out. Also they stated they did a road test and all was fine, unbelievable the inepctness of these people. I have 3 vehceles they serviced in the past and will no longer use them for my vehicle maintence, they have lost all my business. What a shame the should have been Honest and told me that something else was wrong.

Excellent place! They were about to close and everyone there were so pleasant and happy to fix my tire. Definitely recommend!

Couldn't ask for better service! Brought my suv in for an oil change and they noticed my brake fluid was low. Brought me out back to show me and then inspected my entire system! Would not get this type of service at a dealership - will always use Honest-1 Auto Care.

Skye the manager there was very nice and knowledgeable. She worked with me and took me through every step of the process. They also offer a shuttle so you don't have to wait at the shop.

I received quick service, fast repair of my car at a reasonable cost. Great job!
