I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I used a coupon. My car was taken back right away and the services were performed in a timely manner. Everyone was courteous and friendly. A nice note was left in my cup holder by the technician and my car was waiting outside the door. I missed the Oreo treat that was left after my first visit. That is a nice touch that you should reinstate!

I came in a little after 8:00 on a work day for a routine oil change and was out before 9:00 and at work by 9:15. Quick service, friendly staff and most helpful indeed. Many thanks and high marks for H-1 Autocare!

Had transmission filter/system flush done. Called in advance for pricing, was quoted a price, made appointment & had the service done. Upon rcvg call that vehicle was ready, was quoted a much different price. Spoke w/ them, explained what I was told about the pricing (quoted price incorrectly), they honored the quoted price! Now, any other shop in town would not do that. I've used this facility several times & never had a problem. Plan on being back for some more service soon. Thanks for being Honest!

Once again - they are the best! I got a flat tire and bent rim over the weekend and I called Honest1 for help. I got my car right over to them, no later appointment needed. They looked at it and said they could hammer it out. SO thankfully, they were able to bend the rim back into place (steel rim, not aluminum) and fill my tire. They drove it around to check for any leaking air. All in about 30 mins. While I waited, we chatted a little bit, had some jokes. It's always a pleasant experience going in here. I never thought I'd find a car care place I would like so much! Plus - I paid way less than I would have at a dealership. They really try to work with their customers to get the best price. I really appreciate how much they care for their customers. It's very evident just walking into the lobby that they take pride in this aspect.
