We were traveling thru the area from Texas. We found this business from their reviews and found it to be as good as everyone stated. They were very personable and the service was quick and efficient. We would highly recommend !!!

I am very pleased with your service however this time took much longer than I expected. I called and made an appointment for an oil change and rotate/balance. When I dropped it off I was told and hour and 30 minutes, I dropped back off and it actually took an hour longer. I know stuff happens but I thought you should know. Up until today nothing but 5 star review.

I was there for an oil change. Fast competent service. The waiting room is really nice for an auto repair shop (free Keurig coffee). Conversations with other customers indicated staff takes the time to explain in full the issues they found with customers' cars, and offered options. Staff friendly and helpful.

Very nice customer service

Honest-1 was great, I walked in late in the afternoon and they were able to get my main services completed the same day including some odds & ends like tightening a belt and checking the parking brake.

Excellent service and clean facilities!

I recently visited for routine maintenance on a vehicle. I found the team at Honest-1 to indeed be very honest and respectful. The shop seemed well organized and the technicians seemed to care about the quality of their work, more so than the other big shop in town. I felt as though I was in good hands and would return again. Dealership-level care at mom and pop prices.

i will give this place 5 stars. Great service and pleasant place to be stuck while waiting for service. then i get in my truck and find a yummy cooki!

Courteous, efficient and thorough....

My initial encounter was friendly and professional, which helped instill trust. Your waiting area is the cleanest and most inviting I've ever visited! The mechanics seemed honest and everyone was friendly and really seemed to enjoy being at their jobs!
