Quite a refreshing experience. Great customer service! They have a clean wonderful customer waiting lounge including tablets on the tables, complimentary refreshments and large screen TV. The owner is on site and made sure I was well taken care of. The prices are competitive, I shopped around before I went. Although I did not need it they have a shuttle service which is a nice plus.

Friendly staff, quick service, and a comfortable atmosphere. This was my first time using Honest-1 and it will be where I go for all my future vehicle needs!

My car was pulling to one side and when I got it back from Honest 1 it was still pulling a little bit so I called them back. They were happy to look at it again and found that there was some uneven tired wear so they rotated the tires. They were fast and happy to help. Inexpensive to boot. I will be going to them from now on

Great friendly service!

I went in to have a tire checked that was low on air. The staff took me immediately. WOW, what service I thought. Then it got better. I told Ms Bryant that I was approaching my schedule oil change and she explained what services they had to offer and what I could save by using Honest 1. I was very impressed with her and the serviceman who told me that my tire had pick up a nail and would be ready shortly. Everyone was very professional and courteous.

All I know is that my car wasn't right when I went in and it ran great when I left. They kept me informed, made suggestions, and did it in a timely manner. Thanks. David

Very impressed with the office area. I have been in Doctor's offices that were not that nice. It demonstrated they cared about my experience with them. Chris Took interest in the problems I was having with my car and let me know what I needed to do to resolve them. They offered me a shuttle service so I could get to work and then picked me up after work. WHO DOES THAT?? My car is running great! Thanks for am "honest" experience.

I am very lucky to have such a superb full-service car care location so close to me in West Ashley. The prices are reasonable (and you can take advantage of coupons that make them even more so), the service is excellent, and the amenities are amazing! I waited for my oil change and overall inspection, and I took advantage of the free beverages (not just coffee/tea/water, but also soda), the free wi-fi, and the giant flat screen. I understand they also have a shuttle service, although I didn't need to use it. All in all, by far the most pleasant and efficient car repair/maintenance experience I have ever had. Thank you!
