Charleston Auto Repair

I got an oil change yesterday for the first time at Honest1 Autocare. The woman at the desk was great! Very nice, very well informed, and helpful! The service was quick! Their facility is the nicest I think I've ever seen. I wouldn't mind staying and waiting for my service at all! They have several tables and a partitioned TV area with nice chairs and couches. On too of all that they offer beverages and coffee! When I got back in my car there was even a thank you note and pack of Oreos! To say they went above and beyond is an understatement :-) I have already recommended them to several people and will be going back!

I went in for an oil change and was treated better than I have anywhere else. I was in and out in 30 minutes and when it came time for me to pay they let me know of some things that I should do soon. They didn't pressure me into anything. I would recommend their business to everyone.

Very impressed with overall experience starting with my initial telephone call. Phone conversation upbeat and welcoming. Waiting area first class to with iPads available. Chris provided me with a thorough review of the diagnostic evaluation so I could make an informed decision on auto repairs. The best part was when I got my bill.
