My vehicle was towed here for a second opinion on a head gasket issue and the staff on site was great! The folks at the counter were attentive and sympathetic about my broke car. We decided to not fix our car due to its age and miles but the staff continued to provide excellent service and helped me get my car towed to its final destination. Nice job Honest 1 Charleston, you’ve got my future business and will highly recommended your shop to my friends and family.

I cannot begin to describe how great these guys are. I’ve been to 2 different mechanics. One dealership kept my car for two weeks and told me it’d be 6000 dollars to fix yet no work was done. I called Honest at 7 am. They answered and told me to bring my vehicle in. In 30 minutes the issue was diagnosed. In the next 30 minutes, parts were delivered. Within 30 minutes after, my car was fixed. Hats off to HONEST. I run a business so I’ve no time for nonsense and delays. They now service my entire fleet. You can trust these ladies and gentlemen for honest diagnosis at extremely reasonable prices and the service completed in a timeframe. I’m a lifer now!

This is the first mechanic shop I’ve ran into that did what they said they’d do on time and at a reasonable price. My vehicle sat with the dealer for two weeks and at the end of the two weeks, when nothing was done and I was out of the car for those two weeks, they finally called me to tell me the repairs would be $6000. I called HONEST 1at 7am-brought the car in at 10am. At 10:20 the problem was diagnosed (sensors). Parts were ordered and delivered within 20 minutes. 30 minutes later my car was running like new again for less than 500 bucks. Thank you all for your Honesty and integrity! I’m a customer for life now and so is my fleet.

Professional and estimate was exactly what the final price. They looked at any othe maintenance safety issues. I will always be a client and customer.

Pros: Affordable prices. Great General Manager. Good location. Free Lyft ride service. Cons: Low staffed. Long services. Had to come back because service was not done correctly.

The name says it all. I brought two cars here for a pre purchase inspection and they were quick and inexpensive. Very good customer service from the front desk ladies and the service technicians.

Honest being in their name is an understatement... they should add generous and talented but there may not be enough room on the building for such a long name
