I took my car to Honest -1 Auto Care in West Ashley and was impressed by the wonderful customer service. Cesar diagnosed my car in a short time and reported that the rear brakes were in terrible condition. I had to take my daughter who had recently undergone cancer surgery to the oncologist's appointment but it was not wise to drive in those conditions. I had to leave to pick up my daughter with just enough time to get to the appointment but the car couldn't be ready on time. One of the employees named Isabel offered to take me to pick up my daughter and take us to the doctor's appointment. When ready she picked us up and took us back to pick up my car. I have no words to thank Isabel. I was truly amazed at the demonstration of great human quality and true concern for clients. My car was repaired and I was able to get home safely with good brakes. Have been having such bad luck with mechanics and shops these past few years. But Honest-1 was a breath of fresh air! I didn't feel like I was being sold a bunch of different parts or fixes that my car could go without. My mechanic Adam was very professional, thorough and helped break down everything I needed to get done with my vehicle. Will definitely be bringing my other car in and be back for future repairs and maintenance.

Excellent customer service. Chloe and skye were top notch. Even though my wait time got delayed they completely made it up to me and got me out of there fairly quickly. Eric who worked on my car was professional and knew what he was doing. Will be going going for all of my cars maintenance in the future.

So happy to have Skye and her crew working on my older Toyota Forerunner. They diagnosed the issue and had it corrected in a timely manner. My vehicle has over 282,000 miles on it and after this repair I hope to get at least another 100,000 miles. They kept in touch with me from the start to the finish. Thanks to the entire crew for getting me back on the road and keeping the cost within my budget.

I have been with Honest - 1 and Skye, the manager for several years. For better or worse, I am recognized by the office staff by my name. Recently, my Chrysler Van was serviced in preparation for a round robin to Maine. On return after 2900 miles, the van ran perfectly, no troubles at all. That makes for a happy family, 5 stars *****

Amazing service every time I go. They go above and beyond. Plus there’s snacks and an area of big comfy chairs, tv, and phone charging station all decorated to feel like you’re in someone’s living room. Sky and Alex are awesome along with the others!

Exceptionally nice employees from the front desk to the skilled professionals in the bays- just amazing! They service our car and truck. Wow. First time Customer who will happily drive out of my way to be a repeat customer. I cannot say enough especially for Isabelle and Skye. They are very friendly and beyond worked with me and to say the least they never made me raise a doubt if I was getting quality work at the best price possible. I had even gotten a call at the end of my maintenance to inform me that my overall price had went down significantly. The card that signified who worked on my Vehicle even was a nice added touch. One thing I can safely say is that there Demeanor over the phone should be much more recognized. Thank you all very much as it has left a very good first and so far lasting impression...
