we are from Connecticut and we needed oil change. We needed a new rotary and brakes, Which mechanic did tell us that we would need soon, and they took care of it for us and gave us amazing service. The inside was very comfortable with a sofa, chairs, Keurig and snacks. Very nice, professional people as well. Thank you for making our car safe again to drive back to Connecticut!

Incredibly nice customer service individuals - but more importantly, unbelievably talented mechanics and technicians. Solved a complex issue 2 other shops spent days trying to diagnose. Excellent work and very good value. Customer waiting area is clean, comfortable, and full of snacks and cold drinks. Highly recommend this place for everything from basic maintenance to complex engine and electrical issues. 6 stars if Google would allow it!

Unfortunately, it's come to the point where I need to leave a negative review. I will update this pending the response I get to fix the issue that I've requested to be repaired. I've had several years of dealings with this company and rarely do things go correctly the first time. Update to come - Can't find anything on "contact us".

I can’t say enough about the wonderful employees and management! They are amazing. They stand behind their work and did a wonderful job with communicating everything that they found with my car. They went above and beyond what most shops these days would ever do. I highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough good things about Skye, Adam and Alex. Their determination, kindness and overall customer service was amazing. It's hard to find a business that genuinely looks out for their customers and boy did they ever! I will be going back whether it be for my car or someone else in my family! This place is great! I was having an emergency tire issue. They got me in and handled my problem efficiently. I have nothing but positive experiences every time I use them.

Living in Charleston is not cheap however when I called around to get estimates for the front end of my 2004 Tahoe everywhere wanted to charge me too the moon. Adam the Assistant Manager went above and beyond for me and unlike the other 6 mechanic shops he saved me $300 and the employees did excellent work! Thank you Honest 1 Auto Care!!
